1. How to reach us

For any question, issue, or feedback about CleanPoll, email us directly at contact@cleanpoll.com. This is our only support channel and it does not require creating an account, signing up for anything, or having any existing relationship with us beyond sending your message.

2. Response time

We aim to respond to every support request within 2 business days. Complex issues may take a little longer to fully resolve, but you will hear back from us within that window.

3. What to include in your message

To help us help you faster, please include when relevant:

• Your Slack workspace name (not your password or access tokens).
• A short description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• The command, shortcut, or poll link involved, if applicable.
• Screenshots of the issue, if you have them.

4. Common topics

• Installing or removing CleanPoll: use Slack's own app management screen in your workspace, or the Add to Slack button on our site.
• Creating a poll: use the /cleanpoll command, the "Create poll" shortcut, or the guided modal — see Features for details.
• Permissions requested during install: see the scopes listed by Slack at install time; CleanPoll only requests what it needs to publish polls and record votes.
• Pricing: CleanPoll is currently free to install and use — see Pricing.
• Privacy and data handling: see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to request deletion.
